Emergency signs first
- Chest discomfort (pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain) that lasts more than a few minutes, or goes away and comes back: call 911.
- Pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw or stomach; shortness of breath; a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness: call 911. Even if you are not sure, get checked.
- Stroke signs (face drooping, arm weakness, speech difficulty): call 911.
In crisis, or thinking about harming yourself: call or text 988.
Bring this to your visit
Five numbers read together, the ones you are missing, and the questions to ask. Everything stays in this browser. Nothing is sent to us or anyone.
Step 1
What you are bringing
Fill in what you know. Leave the rest blank.
Step 2
Questions to ask
Tick the ones you want answered. Two or three is plenty for one visit.
Step 3
Practice saying it
How this works, and what it cannot do
- The clinician is scripted, not an AI. Every line was written in advance and is not medical advice.
- A phrase-checker in your browser reads your answer. It is a mirror, not a judge, and can miss a good answer worded differently.
- Nothing leaves your device. No audio is recorded, no model is called, nothing is sent.
- Everyone here is invented.
